Vendor registration for Craft Fair

Craft Fair Vendor Registration (Nov. 15-16, 2025)
- Booths are $100.00 each.
- All booths are 8’ X 10’. Bring your own table and chair.
- Booths will be in the waterpark.
- Please wear vendor badges (which will be provided) during the show.
- Booths must be paid for in advance - no same day entries.
- Space is granted on first-come, first-serve basis.
- No refunds to no-shows. Refunds will only be given if the show is cancelled for inclement weather. We ask that all vendors stay for the duration of the show
- Daytona Lagoon and its employees will not be held responsible for any liability, damage, loss, or theft.
- Vendor must provide own extension cord if needing electrical outlet access.
- Fair coordinators reserve the right to pull any items that are inappropriate.
- No more than two consultants for any one product line allowed.
- Vendor parking will be available in the parking garage.
- Application acceptance and any other communication will be sent via email or telephone.
- Set up time 8:00 am Saturday, November 15th. If Friday evening set up is needed, please contact the Tammy Carden at 386-455-0945. Again, please stay for the duraߒon of the fair Saturday and Sunday
- This event will be advertised on public flyers, the Daytona Lagoon Website, Daytonabeach.com, Daytona Chambercalendar, social media, Craft Fair websites and emailed to local businesses.
